I offer confidential Solution Focused hypnotherapy/psychotherapy as well as CBT, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in a private setting.
I am a qualified, insured therapist with over 16 years experience and a retired registered nurse.
As a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy, I abide by their codes of ethics and practice.
The goal of therapy is ultimately to enable you to challenge and eliminate exhausting, unwanted and limiting thought patterns, behaviours and beliefs about yourself, others and the world around you. Then to use that energy to focus on your goals and move toward that.Therapy can help regain a sense of calmness, focus and control.
The therapies I offer are positive and modern approaches which can help us cope more efficiently and effectively to get the most out of our lives and enable us to achieve our full potential.
