Due to the present virus circumstances I am now only available to provide sessions online. I am also able to do shorter sessions and at a discounted rate for people who may need some extra mental health help in these unprecedented times. Therefore I will not be retiring as planned for the foreseeable future.
I offer confidential solution focused Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy as well as CBT, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and BWRT in a private setting.
I am qualified, insured with over 12 years experience as a therapist. I abide by the ethics and codes of practice of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy. I am also a member of BBRS (British Brainworking Research Society).
The goal of therapy is ultimately to enable you to challenge and eliminate exhausting, unwanted and limiting thought patterns, behaviours and beliefs about yourself, others and the world around you. Then to use that energy to focus on your goals, how you wish to be in your life and move toward that.
Life can be very stressful and sometimes coping with everyday demands can leave us feeling overwhelmed and perhaps a bit out of control. Therapy can help regain a sense of calmness, focus and control.
