I am now seeing clients again and have appointments available Monday to Friday evenings from 3pm until 9pm. All sessions are online at the moment. This has proved to be as effective and useful as in person. I will update this on a regular basis.

I offer confidential solution focused Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy as well as CBT, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in a private setting.
I am qualified, insured with over 16 years experience as a therapist. I abide by the ethics and codes of practice of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy.
The goal of therapy is ultimately to enable you to challenge and eliminate exhausting, unwanted and limiting thought patterns, behaviours and beliefs about yourself, others and the world around you. Then to use that energy to focus on your goals, how you wish to be in your life and move toward that.
Life can be very stressful and sometimes coping with everyday demands can leave us feeling overwhelmed and perhaps a bit out of control. Therapy can help regain a sense of calmness, focus and control.
