BWRT (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) is a new therapeutic model which is achieving effective and rapid results. It is based on the premise that many “symptoms” are the result of behaviours or thought patterns which have previously been “fired up”. These responses may have, at one time, been suitable or effective but are now out of date and are unwanted patterns.
BWRT is a new and modern therapy which makes it possible, via a simple technique, to create a new response pattern to any stimulus. This process enables the brain to trigger the action that we want. This whole process can be content free if the client prefers not to disclose the details of the issue.
BWRT is named for the recursive looping process that our brain uses to cement and strengthen new behavioural responses. Results of testing over two years show that the changes created with BWRT appear to be permanent without any evidence of symptom substitution.
The therapy generally takes between 1 and 5 sessions depending on the presenting issue.
