I offer an initial consultation without charge (except anti-smoking).  This is designed to give you enough information about my approach and  how we will work together to solve your issues. I am happy to  combine the initial consultation with the first session. This will last up to 90 minutes and is charged at the single session rate of £55. 

Generally 3 sessions will be required to successfully treat a fear/phobia response, and between 6 and 12 sessions for significant anxiety or depression issues.  

I am committed to openness, transparency and helping you to resolve your issues in as few sessions as possible.

Following the initial consultation each one hour session  is charged at £55.

Anti-smoking therapy is a once  only session of approximately 2 hours charged at £140.

Please give at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment as there is often a waiting list. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge at the full rate.
