I am committed to helping  people exceed their expectations by gaining increased control over their lives.  I have a particular interest in chronic pain, lack  of confidence and phobias as well as helping people resolve anxiety and depression related issues.

As a registered nurse since 1985, I have worked in various settings in Canada, the Middle East and Cardiff.  I have enjoyed and developed an increasing interest in counselling during my career. Having personally experienced the benefits of hypnotherapy I decided to further this interest gaining professional qualifications in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
